Cut flowers are perishable from the moment they are cut from the living plant and are subject to variable conditions such as weather, placement, air quality, watering, and general care. Due to the perishable nature of cut product, plants and flowers, and all the factors and variable conditions that affect lifespan, we’re not able to offer a guarantee or refund, with a few exceptions.

We will give thoughtful consideration to requests for a refresh, exchange or credit of our products and services. We have established this return/credit policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders, credits or refunds are processed:

Floral items are in full responsibility of the customer upon departure from Wilder™. Items not delivered by Wilder™ are non-refundable due to the potential for mis-treatment such as being left in a car or improper transport or jostling. This means whether properly cared for or neglected, Wilder™ is not responsible for the condition of the flowers after departing from Wilder’s™ possession. 

Acceptance of our products at the time of drop-off or pick-up is considered proof of customer satisfaction and order fulfillment in its entirety, representing what was ordered, as stated on the receipt. 

In stores, Wilder™ can accept returns only for orchids delivered by Wilder™. Orchid returns will be accepted for up to two weeks from the original dated receipt. Orchids not delivered by Wilder™ are non-refundable due to the potential for mis-treatment such as being left in a car or improper transport or jostling. 

For phone, online customers, or delivery recipients, if a fresh-cut arrangement or plant arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us via text message at (805) 784-0415 within 1 (one) hour of delivery for return instructions. We are not able to accept returns for fresh-cut product such as vased arrangements, or for plants beyond 1 hour from delivery because cut product and plants are subject to variable conditions. If returned within the hour, we will replace it free of charge, however delivery and handling fees are non-refundable and a replacement may be picked up at our location or is subject to a new delivery fee. Perishable, made-to-order items are non-refundable.

We ask that you take extra care with your flowers and living plants as they are perishable and subject to variable conditions such as weather, placement, air quality, watering, and general care. Acceptance of our products at the time of sale or delivery is considered proof of good health and survivability. Because flowers and live plants are subject to variable conditions, we’re not able to offer a guarantee or refund, with the exception of delivered/planted orchids. If an orchid delivered and planted by Wilder™ does not survive beyond two weeks, we will offer a replacement up to within two weeks of purchase. Every effort will be made to replace the original plant material. For items not in stock, a merchandise credit may be issued.

Wilder™ accepts returns on all non-perishable products within 7 days of purchase or delivery when accompanied by an original receipt.


1. If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24-48 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home/office and/or no neighbors were available to accept the order. We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if this occurs. Please note that we make every effort to make the delivery on the scheduled date. Because we are working with perishable products, sometimes Mother Nature works against us, and a particular situation (leaving on a porch) may be out of our control.

2. Wilder Floral Co. reserves the right to reject or delay any order provided to us that we deem questionable or incomplete. When Wilder Floral Co. receives an order, we review the entire order to ensure we have all the information needed to ensure delivery. If we determine that necessary information is not provided we will send an email to the sender to inform them of the situation and to acquire the information needed to fulfill the order. This may cause delay in successful delivery.

3. Should any customer place an order through Wilder Floral Co. and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information, but may be asked to pay an additional delivery fee if an attempt has already been made.

4. Wilder Floral Co. is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Wilder Floral Co. will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery. Additionally due to liability concerns, Wilder Floral Co. can not guarantee anonymity to recipients of the sender. In no event shall Wilder Floral Co. or our suppliers be liable for any consequential damages arising out of or in connection with flower deliveries.

Successful deliveries can only be made if the online order form is filled out completely. Our driver will make one attempt for the delivery so it is imperative that we have any special instructions as well as a contact phone number at the location where your flowers are to be delivered. For same day deliveries, orders must be placed before 1pm PST. Deliveries are made between 12pm and 5pm PST Tuesday – Saturday. Sorry we do not currently have delivery service on Sundays and Mondays. We reserve the right to contact the recipient under any circumstances to attempt delivery. If your recipient is not home, we will leave the flowers as securely as possible in a location near the door and will contact the recipient to alert them of the attempted delivery. For business locations, if the recipient is not available or not there, we will leave the flowers with a co-worker or colleague who can guarantee that the flowers find their way to the person safely. By using this website to order, you are accepting these terms and you agree to settle any costs associated with this order by using our secure online checkout page and agree to apply any and all applicable delivery charges based on the desired delivery location. Any errors or omissions to this checkout form may cause delay of your order and will need to be corrected before successful delivery can be made.

Availability
At the Site, we go out of our way to select the kind of distinctive merchandise for which the Wilder™ brand is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of this limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the Site again. When an item featured on the Site is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the Site in a timely manner.
